Job Summary
Park Inn by Radisson, Jalandhar is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Bar Attendant / Bartender to join the Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate should have good beverage preparation skills, excellent guest-service abilities, and a strong understanding of bar operations and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, beverages, and other drinks as per standard recipes.
- Provide friendly, professional, and prompt service to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area.
- Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and storage of bar equipment.
- Monitor stock levels and support regular inventory checks.
- Follow hotel standards, SOPs, hygiene requirements, and applicable licensing regulations.
- Handle guest requests and resolve service concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain proper presentation and service standards at all times.
- Support opening and closing procedures of the bar.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bartender / Bar Attendant in a hotel, restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, mocktails, and bar service.
- Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
