About the Role
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer (L1) to provide end-user support, manage IT assets, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, VC devices, access control devices, and network devices.
Handle desktop/laptop provisioning, replacement, installation, and configuration.
Manage incidents, service requests, and IT service desk operations.
Maintain IT asset inventory and perform asset verification.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, Outlook, and user profile-related issues.
Support Microsoft 365, OneDrive, SharePoint, and mobile device management.
Manage Active Directory user accounts, email provisioning, and access management.
Perform Windows patch management, endpoint security, and compliance activities.
Provide basic network and Sophos Firewall support.
Manage antivirus, VPN, backup, and other end-user support tools.
Preferred Educational Qualification & Skills
Any Graduate.
1–2 years of experience in Desktop Support or IT Helpdesk.
Hands-on experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Knowledge of Active Directory and user access management.
Understanding of IT asset management and service desk operations.
Basic networking and firewall administration knowledge.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.
