Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, proactive, and well‑organized Personal Assistant to support senior management in our furniture manufacturing and trading business. The ideal candidate should have excellent computer skills, strong coordination abilities, and experience in handling administrative, documentation, and follow‑up work related to the furniture industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Executive Support
- Manage daily schedules, meetings, appointments, and reminders for senior management
- Prepare correspondence, emails, reports, presentations, and meeting notes
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, purchase, accounts)
Computer & Documentation Work
- Proficiently work on MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email systems
- Maintain and update CRM, ERP, or order management systems
- Prepare purchase orders, sales orders, quotations, and invoices
- Maintain digital records of designs, catalogs, client data, and vendor details
Furniture Industry Coordination
- Follow up with production, carpenters, designers, and vendors on order status
- Track deliveries, installations, and project timelines
- Assist in material planning, sampling, and inventory coordination
- Coordinate with clients for approvals, drawings, and delivery schedules
Communication & Follow‑ups
- Act as a point of contact between management and clients/vendors
- Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication professionally
- Ensure timely follow‑ups on commitments and pending tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline (Business Administration preferred)
- Strong computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email)
- Ability to prepare reports, MIS, and data analysis in Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of the furniture / interior / manufacturing industry is an advantage
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP, Tally, or CRM software
- Basic understanding of furniture materials, finishes, and processes
- Ability to read and manage drawings, BOQs, and quotations
- Smart, detail‑oriented, and problem‑solving attitude
Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
