The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing vendors for fashion accessories including bags, scarves, and wallets. The role ensures timely sourcing of quality materials and finished goods at competitive costs while maintaining the brand’s design, quality, and sustainability standards.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for bags, scarves, wallets, fabrics, leather, trims, and accessories
Develop strong relationships with domestic and international vendors
Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms to achieve cost efficiency
Coordinate with design, merchandising, and production teams to understand sourcing requirements
Ensure material and product quality meets brand and compliance standards
Monitor production timelines and ensure on-time delivery
Conduct vendor audits and performance evaluations
Stay updated on market trends, new materials, and sustainable sourcing options
Manage sampling, costing, and approvals in line with seasonal calendars
Resolve supplier-related issues including delays, quality concerns, or cost escalations
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Management, Supply Chain, Textile, or related field
4–7 years of sourcing experience in fashion accessories or apparel
Strong knowledge of materials used in bags, scarves, and wallets (leather, PU, fabrics, hardware)
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
Strong understanding of production processes and quality control
Ability to manage multiple vendors and timelines simultaneously
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
