Role Overview You will be the first point of contact for students interested in joining IMAGIC. Your job is to understand their goals, guide them toward the right course, and convert inquiries into admissions — through calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, and walk-in counseling.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Make outbound follow-up calls to enrolled leads daily
- Counsel students and parents about courses, fees, and career scope
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Maintain lead records and follow-up status in register/CRM
- Coordinate with the director for batch schedules and fee collection

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
