As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are aligned with business needs and technical specifications, while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application components.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Adaptive Integrations.
- Experience with integration tools and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of application design principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Adaptive Integrations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
