Job Description :
Key Responsibilities
- Customize, develop, and implement solutions using Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Books, etc.)
- Write Deluge scripts to automate business processes and enhance Zoho platform capabilities
- Integrate Zoho apps with third-party tools using REST APIs, Zoho Flow, or webhooks
- Develop custom modules, forms, reports, and dashboards as per client requirements
- Troubleshoot issues, perform bug fixes, and optimize existing Zoho implementations
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
- Maintain project documentation, code quality, and ensure timely delivery of features
- Assist in training clients or internal users on using customized Zoho solutions
- Support upgrades, migrations, and deployment of new Zoho features or modules
- Work within an agile or iterative development process and provide input on best practices
Desired Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Zoho Development or Customization.
- Strong working knowledge of Zoho CRM, Creator, and other Zoho Suite Products.
- Proficiency in Deluge Scripting and Custom Workflow Automation.
- Experience with API integrations and web technologies (REST APIs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Familiarity with Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics, or Zoho Campaigns is a plus.
- Ability to understand Business Requirements and translate them into Technical Solutions.
- Excellent Problem-Solving, Analytical, and Communication Skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or within a team.
