Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to handle walk-in customers, explain bike models, and close sales effectively and telecalling as per leads. The role involves providing excellent customer service and helping customers choose the right two-wheeler based on their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to walk-in customers in the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable bikes
- Explain features, specifications, pricing, and finance options
- Assist customers with test rides and basic product demonstrations
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain proper display and cleanliness of vehicles in the showroom
- Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with finance/insurance teams for documentation
- Maintain records of inquiries and sales in CRM/register
- Support in promotional activities and showroom events
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
