The QC Manager will lead the Quality Control function, ensuring that all products meet company standards and customer requirements. This role involves managing QC teams, implementing inspection protocols, driving continuous improvement, and coordinating with production and suppliers to maintain high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor QC procedures across production and packaging.
- Lead the QC team in daily inspections, audits, and compliance checks.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and dispatch teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Maintain documentation of QC processes, reports, and certifications.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in packaging/manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of QC tools, standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Leadership ability to manage teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
- Train and mentor QC staff to strengthen technical and operational capabilities.
Pay: ₹20,110.97 - ₹50,568.95 per month
