Job Description:
Maintain agricultural fields and farm premises.
Water crops and monitor plant growth.
Remove weeds and keep fields clean.
Apply fertilizers and pesticides as instructed.
Operate and maintain basic farming equipment.
Harvest crops and assist in packing and storage.
Maintain irrigation systems and farm infrastructure.
Follow safety procedures and report any issues to the supervisor.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of farming and agriculture.
Physically fit and willing to work outdoors.
Ability to operate simple farm tools and equipment.
Responsible, hardworking, and punctual.
