Position Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Account Executive to lead the Accounts & Finance department. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in manufacturing accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, costing, budgeting, MIS reporting, cash flow management, and financial controls. The candidate must be capable of building financial systems that support a fast-growing precision manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Maintain General Ledger and Chart of Accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and accounting records.
- Finalize books of accounts.
Manufacturing Accounting
- Product costing and cost analysis.
- Monitor inventory valuation.
- Track material consumption and production costs.
- Analyze manufacturing variances.
- Monitor WIP (Work in Progress).
- Prepare profitability reports by customer, product, and project.
GST & Taxation
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return).
- Reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase records.
- Handle GST notices and departmental communications.
- Manage TDS deductions, deposits, and returns.
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax provisions.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Verify payroll processing.
- Ensure timely PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and TDS compliance.
- Coordinate with HR for salary processing.
- Maintain statutory records.
- Handle labour law financial compliance.
Banking & Cash Flow
- Manage company cash flow.
- Prepare daily cash position reports.
- Plan vendor payments.
- Manage customer collections.
- Coordinate with banks for loans, BGs, LCs, and OD facilities.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Prepare annual budgets.
- Forecast monthly cash flow.
- Analyze budget vs actual performance.
- Recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Improve working capital management.
Internal Controls & Audit
- Develop financial SOPs.
- Implement internal financial controls.
- Coordinate statutory, tax, GST, and internal audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Detect and prevent financial fraud.
Management Information System (MIS)
Prepare and present:
- Daily Sales Report
- Collection Report
- Vendor Outstanding Report
- Customer Outstanding Report
- Cash Flow Statement
- Monthly P&L
- Balance Sheet
- Production Cost Report
- Department-wise Expense Report
- Inventory Ageing Report
- KPI Dashboard
Vendor & Customer Accounting
- Verify purchase invoices.
- Monitor vendor ageing.
- Manage customer receivables.
- Reconcile customer and vendor ledgers.
- Resolve accounting disputes.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor the Accounts team.
- Allocate responsibilities.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Train junior accountants.
- Develop standard accounting procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
