Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Boy cum Packaging Staff to become a vital part of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized office environment, assisting with product packaging, and supporting daily operational tasks. This versatile role requires someone who is diligent, hardworking, and capable of handling manual tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular dusting, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning of the office premises to ensure a hygienic and clutter-free environment
Assist in the packaging of products, materials, or supplies as per the company’s standards and instructions
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of packaging areas and storage spaces
Organize and manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory to ensure smooth operations
Help with the receipt, dispatch, and movement of goods, packages, and documents within the office
Support in maintaining hygiene standards in the entire office and packaging zones
Collect and distribute documents, files, or other items as needed within the office
Support other miscellaneous administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the management
Ensure timely completion of packaging and cleaning tasks to meet daily targets and deadlines
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience in packaging, cleaning, or related roles is preferred but not mandatory
Basic knowledge of cleaning and dusting procedures
Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks
Punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
Working Conditions:
Full-time position with standard working hours

Must be comfortable working with manual labor, cleaning, and packaging duties
