Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Executive to manage our online marketplaces in India and overseas for our company, Homemonde. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in e-commerce operations, online marketplaces, and possess a passion for driving growth and customer engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce channels, including product listings, pricing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the online marketplaces for our products in India and overseas, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product content, product positioning, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and customer support.
- Keep up to date with e-commerce trends, best practices, and competitors' strategies.
- Manage the company's website content and work with developers for website optimization.
