We are hiring for Area Sales Manager for handling Bangalore and Southern Region.
Product: Barbeque Grill
Sales & Business Development
- Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned South region.
- Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans and business strategies.
- Identify opportunities for market penetration and business expansion.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective action plans.
Channel & Distributor Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retail partners, and key accounts.
- Appoint and onboard new channel partners based on business opportunities.
- Ensure healthy stock availability and sell-through across channels.
- Monitor secondary sales and inventory movement.
Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Share market insights and recommend actions to improve business performance.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, reporting timelines, and operational controls.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Business / Commerce / Marketing (MBA preferred).
- 5–8+ years of sales experience with exposure to consumer durable, premium lifestyle, outdoor, or channel sales businesses.
- Experience in handling multi-state sales operations is preferred.
