OVERVIEW
We are seeking an Associate, UI/UX Designer with a strong foundation in user-centered design and a passion for creating intuitive, engaging digital experiences.
In this role, you will lead design execution across web and mobile platforms, partnering closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders. You will contribute to both hands-on design work and continuous improvement of design practices, helping deliver experiences that align with user needs and business objectives.
This role also provides opportunities to mentor junior team members and contribute to design system maturity across platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design Execution
- Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile experiences, including research, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI design
- Translate user requirements and business goals into intuitive, scalable design solutions
User Research & Optimization
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Apply feedback and performance insights to continuously improve user experience
Design Systems & Consistency
- Contribute to and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides
- Ensure consistency across digital products and platforms
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions
- Clearly communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders
Innovation & Best Practices
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and methodologies
- Explore and apply AI-driven design tools to improve efficiency and creativity
- Support accessibility best practices to ensure inclusive design
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 2-4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
- Proven experience designing for web and mobile applications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem solving
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proficiency in design and prototyping and project management tools (Figma, Axure RP, Adobe Creative Suite. ClickUp)
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS)
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field
