About the role:
We're looking for a creative storyteller to own our brand voice and content across every customer touchpoint. This role is the engine behind our ad creatives, video content, and social presence. You'll write, direct, and shape the narratives that make us stand out. If you live and breathe copy, obsess over hooks, and can turn a brief into content that stops the scroll, this is your role.
What you'll do:

Write in-house copies and ad scripts, managing the full creative lifecycle from concept to approval

Develop ad copy across formats (headlines, descriptions, CTAs) for Meta, Google, and other channels

Lead creative direction on video editing and review and approve scripts and cuts from video production partners and external agencies

Write design briefs for banner ads, referral creatives, and other visual assets

Build and manage our Instagram presence alongside external agencies, covering engagement posts, reels, and creative campaigns

Build scalable copy templates and workflows for push notifications, WhatsApp messages, and other CRM touchpoints

Stay close to performance signals so creative output is always informed by what's actually working

Be the brand’s custodian
What we're looking for

2 to 4 years in a creative, content, or brand role; agency or startup background preferred

Exceptional copywriting skills with a sharp instinct for brand voice and tone

Someone who obsesses over video hooks, scroll-stopping copy, and the small details that make the difference

Experience directing video content and working with external production teams

Comfort working across formats: long-form scripts, short-form social, performance copy

A portfolio that shows range, not just beautiful writing but work that drove real outcomes

Bonus: familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and basic creative performance metrics
