Key Responsibilities Payroll Management
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and within stipulated timelines.
- Verify salary inputs, including attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Generate salary slips and coordinate salary disbursement with the Accounts Department.
- Handle Full & Final Settlement (F&F) calculations for separated employees.
Attendance Management
- Maintain and monitor daily attendance records through attendance management software.
- Verify attendance, leave, shift schedules, and overtime records before payroll processing.
- Coordinate with department heads to resolve attendance-related discrepancies.
Statutory Compliance
- Manage PF and ESIC registration for newly joined employees.
- Prepare and verify PF and ESIC challans and ensure timely statutory compliance.
- Maintain statutory records and support statutory audits related to payroll, PF, and ESIC.
- Handle employee queries related to PF, ESIC, salary, and payroll deductions.
HR Operations Support
- Maintain payroll records, employee master data, and payroll documentation.
- Prepare monthly payroll MIS reports and other HR-related reports.
- Coordinate with HR and Accounts teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing and salary preparation.
- Strong knowledge of attendance and leave management.
- Good understanding of PF, ESIC, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other advanced functions.
- Familiarity with HRMS and payroll software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent postgraduate degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll and HR operations.
- Experience in attendance management, salary preparation, PF, and ESIC compliance is mandatory.
- Experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in payroll software, HRMS, and statutory compliance within a manufacturing or FMCG organization.
Pay: ₹25,000.48 - ₹30,000.68 per month
