Zazil, a financial consulting firm based in Calicut, is looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to support senior management in handling day-to-day operations. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling emails, calls, and official correspondence, and preparing reports, presentations, and basic financial documents. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining confidential files and records, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring smooth administrative functioning of the office. Additional responsibilities include arranging travel, meetings, and events, along with assisting in basic financial documentation and data entry.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree (preferably B.Com or BBA), good communication skills in English (Malayalam is an advantage), and proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a high level of professionalism and confidentiality are essential for this role.
