About the Role
Beyond Just Work is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Design & Video Editing Intern to support our branding, marketing, and community initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about visual storytelling, content creation, and digital media. The intern will have the opportunity to work on real-time projects and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, and marketing creatives.
- Create engaging visual content aligned with the brand's identity and communication goals.
- Edit videos, reels, shorts, and promotional content for social media and digital platforms.
- Assist in developing motion graphics and basic animations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and community teams to execute creative campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all digital and offline materials.
- Research design trends and suggest innovative content ideas.
- Support day-to-day creative requirements of the organization.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Strong creativity and an eye for aesthetics, typography, and visual composition.
- Understanding of social media content formats and trends.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in creating reels and short-form video content.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design and editing tools.
- Photography or videography skills will be an added advantage.
