About the Role
Demenions by Vipin Chouhan is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-oriented Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, and executing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns.
- Write compelling captions, copy, and campaign messaging.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with the online community, and respond to audience interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and identify new opportunities for content and engagement.
- Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, content strategy, and analytics.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Canva, and social media scheduling tools.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, organizational, and creative skills.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and paid social media advertising is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
