Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and confident POSH Trainer cum Operations Executive to conduct POSH awareness and sensitization programs, coordinate training projects, and support day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication and presentation skills, be well-organized, and be comfortable interacting with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct POSH awareness and sensitization training sessions for corporate clients.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, reports, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule and execute training programs.
- Maintain training records, attendance sheets, feedback forms, and compliance documentation.
- Handle client communication, follow-ups, and operational coordination.
- Assist in project planning, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure smooth execution of training programs and workshops.
- Support internal operations and other assigned responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in training, operations, compliance, or a related field.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of the POSH Act, 2013 is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel for client training programs, if required.
