Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate with a strong background and network within the Healthcare/pharmaceutical industry. You will work closely with hospitals, doctors' associations, and pharma companies to establish partnerships and organize initiatives that help doctors achieve their financial goals. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with doctors and will be responsible for generating qualified leads through webinars, events, meetings etc. The role involves traveling across Mumbai as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain a database of doctors for future outreach.
- Connect with doctors and schedule one-on-one meetings for our financial experts.
- Organize roundtable meetings and networking sessions for doctors.
- Partner with doctors' associations to conduct webinars, seminars, and events.
- Build relationships with hospitals (especially 100+ bed hospitals) and organize financial awareness programs.
- Coordinate webinars and educational sessions for doctors on financial planning.
- Collaborate with pharmaceutical companies to conduct financial wellness events for doctors.
- Represent Finnovate at healthcare events and conferences to create new business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through events, meetings, and partnerships.
Who We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong network and relationships with doctors, hospitals, or medical associations.
- Experience organizing events, webinars, CMEs, roundtables, or similar activities.
- Good communication and networking skills.
- Self-driven and comfortable managing multiple activities independently.
- Interest in building long-term professional relationships.

Working Days:
Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays off)
Working Time:
9.30 am to 6.30pm (Employees working on Sundays are eligible for a comp off)
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
