You will be the face and voice of our social media channels. This role involves planning and creating daily Reels, modeling our latest ethnic collections, and interacting directly with potential customers to drive online orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Modeling: Plan, script, record, and model women's designer ethnic garments for daily Instagram Reels, Shorts, and product showcases.
- Page Management: Maintain a regular content calendar, publish daily stories, and keep our digital feed vibrant and active.
- Lead Conversion & Chat Support: Promptly respond to customer inquiries across Instagram DMs, comments, and WhatsApp, assisting shoppers with sizing/pricing to close sales.
Compensation & Benefits
- First 3 Months (Probation/Training): Fixed stipend of ₹10,000 per month.
Schedule: Full-time (Day shift), On-site in Kottayam.
- Month 4 Onward: Competitive base salary + performance-based sales commission on online conversions.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kottayam, Kerala 686001: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
