Role Overview
We are looking for a Biotechnologist to support our IP and legal team with technical inputs related to biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical research in biotechnology and related areas.
- Assist in patent drafting, prior art searches, and patentability assessments.
- Review scientific literature, disclosures, and existing patents.
- Prepare technical summaries, reports, and support documents for legal matters.
- Work with attorneys to translate scientific concepts into clear legal documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- Strong research, analytical, and technical writing skills.
- Ability to understand scientific content and document it accurately.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
Preferred
- Basic understanding of IPR/patents (not mandatory).
- Experience with scientific or patent search tools is a plus.
