- Graduate in Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) or currently pursuing the same. Candidates from other educational backgrounds with a strong interest in the social sector are also encouraged to apply.

- Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai and nearby areas for field visits, project monitoring, community engagement, and stakeholder meetings.
- Passion for social impact, community development, and grassroots initiatives.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Basic understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and expense tracking.
- Knowledge of event planning, coordination, logistics management, and on-ground implementation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to prepare reports, maintain documentation, and present project updates in a structured manner.
- Comfortable conducting surveys, data collection, beneficiary assessments, and field research activities.
- Ability to coordinate with NGOs, CSR partners, educational institutions, volunteers, and community leaders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in dynamic field environments.
- Basic understanding of CSR initiatives, social welfare programs, and development sector projects will be an added advantage.
- Experience in volunteer management, community mobilization, or social sector internships is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital outreach campaigns is desirable.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi will be an added advantage for community engagement and stakeholder coordination.
