The candidate will be responsible for delivering prompt and courteous food and beverage service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

We are looking for a dynamic and guest-focused Guest Service Associate (GSA) – F&B Service who can join immediately and deliver excellent dining experiences to our guests. Freshers who have completed Hotel Management are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests as per hotel standards.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and presentation of dining areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.
- Assist with billing and payment procedures.
- Promote menu items and upsell food and beverage offerings.
Requirements:
- Hotel Management qualification is mandatory.
- Freshers who have completed Hotel Management are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Well-groomed and professional personality.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
