Position: Graphic Designer & Pre-Press Specialist

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Designer & Pre-Press Specialist to develop high-quality print-ready artwork while ensuring accuracy throughout the pre-press process. The ideal candidate will combine strong design skills with technical expertise in print production, color management, file preparation and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Create and modify designs for books, packaging, marketing collateral, stationery, labels and promotional materials.
- Develop layouts, illustrations and visual concepts that align with client requirements and brand guidelines.
- Prepare artwork for digital-format printing.
Pre-Press Operations
- Check and prepare customer-supplied artwork for print production.
- Perform preflight checks to verify file integrity, image resolution, fonts, bleeds, trim marks and color settings.
- Create print-ready PDFs according to production specifications.
- Manage color corrections and conversions between RGB, CMYK and spot colors.
- Generate impositions and layouts for efficient printing and finishing.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth workflow and accurate output.
- Troubleshoot artwork and file issues before printing.
Quality Control
- Review proofs and sample prints for accuracy and quality.
- Ensure compliance with printing standards and customer specifications.
- Maintain organized archives of artwork and production files.
- Monitor projects to meet deadlines and production schedules.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat).
- Strong understanding of print production processes, color management and file preparation.
- Knowledge of imposition software and digital workflow systems is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design and pre-press operations.
- Experience in commercial printing, publishing, packaging or print production environments.
- Familiarity with offset, digital and large-format printing processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
