Job Summary
Malwa Solar Energy is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant Manager to oversee financial operations, accounting records, taxation, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, leadership skills, and experience managing company finances efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other tax compliances.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Supervise accounting staff and provide guidance when required.
- Maintain records using Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance management.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and team management abilities.
