Role Overview
We are looking for an IAM & IGA Specialist – Microsoft Entra ID to support identity lifecycle management and access governance across enterprise applications. In this role, you will help ensure that user access is secure, compliant, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform periodic access reviews, certifications, recertifications, and attestation activities.
- Review user access to identify inappropriate access, dormant or orphan accounts, segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts, and policy violations.
- Support Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes by validating timely provisioning, modification, and removal of user access.
- Perform access reconciliation by comparing approved access with actual user entitlements across applications.
- Support onboarding and offboarding of applications into Identity Governance platforms, including role mapping and certification setup.
- Work closely with application owners, business teams, HR, IT, Security, Compliance, and Service Desk teams to resolve access-related issues.
- Maintain audit documentation, process guides, governance reports, dashboards, and supporting evidence.
- Track remediation activities, exceptions, and approvals to ensure timely closure.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate access governance processes.
- Support internal and external audits by providing reports, evidence, and remediation updates.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Information Security, or access governance operations.
- Good understanding of identity lifecycle management, access provisioning/deprovisioning, access certification, and audit controls.
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, or similar IGA tools.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and group management.
- Ability to analyse access data, identify anomalies, and prepare reports using Excel or reporting tools.
- Understanding of least privilege, segregation of duties (SoD), access reconciliation, and compliance requirements.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to document processes, findings, and remediation activities clearly.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in financial services or other regulated environments.
- Exposure to SailPoint certification campaigns, entitlement modelling, role mining, and policy violation management.
- Knowledge of PowerShell, Power Automate, or workflow automation.
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as SOX, ISO 27001, GDPR, or similar frameworks.
- Experience creating dashboards, KPI reports, access review trackers, and management reports.
