Hiring: Marketing Executive – NBFC (Chennai)
A fast-growing Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) in Chennai is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive for its Mortgage (Loan Against Property – LAP) business targeted at the MSME segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance, develop channel partnerships, and expand the MSME customer base.
- Oversee credit assessment, underwriting quality, and risk evaluation for mortgage products.
- Manage and strengthen the collections process, ensuring portfolio health and compliance.
- Build, mentor, and motivate high-performing sales and credit teams.
- Develop business strategies, monitor market trends, and ensure regulatory adherence.
Candidate Profile
- 2–10 years of experience in retail banking / NBFC mortgage operations.
- Strong exposure to Loan Against Property (LAP) for MSME customers.
- Proven expertise in sales, credit appraisal, and collections, especially in mortgage products.
- Excellent knowledge in marketing skills.
- To contribute to the organization's growth by implementing effective sales strategies and achieving business objectives.
- Ability to drive business growth with strong customer and channel insights.
