Job Title: Area Operations Manager – End to end operations process (Home Loans)
The Area Operations Manager – Disbursement is responsible for managing and controlling the loan disbursement process across the assigned region.
Experience
4+ years in HL / LAP
Key Responsibilities: -
· Team management
· Logins/Sanctions
· Disbursements
· OTC/PDD management
· Compliance & Risk Management
· Inter department Coordination – Sales, Credit, Legal, Audit
· Documentation Verification – Legal, Technical, Compliance
· MIS & Reporting
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree
· 4–7 years of experience in HL/Lap
Required Language
· Marathi Or Tamil (Any One) – Read, Write & Speak – All three mandatory.

Preferred Industry Experience
Experience in housing finance or mortgage divisions
Housing finance/LAP/NBFC or similar experience with expertise using tools/software like Ziva.
