About the Role:
Alan Scott Group is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize digital growth campaigns across paid and organic channels. The role requires a data-driven and execution-oriented individual who can drive lead generation, improve campaign performance, and support overall digital growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid as well as organic campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital platforms
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and KPIs to improve ROI and lead quality
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign optimization
- Create and test ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and marketing funnels
- Improve conversion rates through A/B testing and performance analysis
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and reporting dashboards
- Support organic growth initiatives including SEO coordination, content amplification, and engagement strategies
- Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams for campaign execution and lead management
- Build marketing automation workflows and support lead nurturing initiatives
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and AI tools
Required Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance metrics
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and campaign tracking tools
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads and YouTube Ads
- Basic understanding of SEO and organic growth strategies
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Experience using AI tools for marketing and campaign optimization
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
