Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Recruitment Manager to manage end-to-end recruitment operations for multiple companies under the same management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, manpower planning, and candidate management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Manage hiring requirements for multiple companies and departments
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with management and candidates
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates
Requirements:
- MBA in HR / Recruitment
- Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in Recruitment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
- Leadership and team coordination skills preferred
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing methods
