Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on Skills & Experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should be capable of generating quality leads, optimizing campaigns, and improving overall marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate quality leads through paid advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI.
- Manage audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion campaigns.
- Track leads and campaign results using analytics tools.
- Coordinate with the design team for ad creatives.
- Manage social media marketing activities.
- Perform basic SEO and website promotion activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Required Skills
- Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience in Lead Generation Campaigns.
- Understanding of Conversion Tracking and Pixel Setup.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and Social Media Marketing.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize results.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate, Education, Healthcare, or Service-Based Lead Generation is a plus.
- Candidates who can share campaign results or case studies will be preferred.
