Key Responsibilities
- Supervise interior design projects on-site as per drawings and specifications provided by design consultants
- Supervise day-to-day site activities, including civil, carpentry, finishing, and MEP coordination
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and suppliers for smooth project execution
- Interpret drawings and ensure accurate implementation at the site
- Monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to timelines
- Identify and resolve on-site issues in coordination with consultants
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports
- Ensure proper material usage, workmanship, and finishing standards
- Maintain site records, measurements, and billing inputs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 2-6 years of hands-on experience in interior site execution
- Strong understanding of construction details, materials, and finishing processes
- Ability to read and interpret working drawings and GFC drawings
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
- Good communication and coordination skills
Additional Requirements
- Proven experience in site supervision and contractor management
- Willingness to travel outstation for 1012 days per month
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take on-site decisions
- Ability to work in fast-paced project environments
Preferred Profile
- Experience in commercial/retail/Residential projects
- Exposure to working with external design consultants

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
