About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. The ideal candidate should be analytical, creative, and performance-focused, with the ability to continuously improve campaign ROI through data-driven decisions and competitor research.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
- Generate quality leads while maintaining target Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- Scale campaigns based on performance metrics and business goals.
2. Creative Strategy
- Research and suggest high-converting ad creatives.
- Coordinate with the design and video teams for ad creatives.
- Write compelling ad copy, headlines, and CTAs.
- Continuously test multiple creative angles using A/B testing.
3. Campaign Analytics
- Track campaign performance daily.
- Monitor key metrics such as:
- CTR
- CPC
- CPL
- CPM
- ROAS
- Conversion Rate
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
4. Competitor Analysis
- Regularly monitor competitors' advertisements.
- Analyze their creatives, messaging, offers, landing pages, and funnels.
- Suggest innovative campaign ideas based on market trends.
- Maintain a competitor insights report and recommend improvements.
5. Audience & Funnel Optimization
- Build and manage custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
- Improve audience segmentation.
- Optimize landing page performance in collaboration with the development team.
- Increase lead quality through continuous testing.
6. Tracking & Technical Setup
- Configure and monitor Meta Pixel, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
- Ensure proper conversion tracking and event setup.
- Identify and resolve tracking issues.
7. Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales, content, design, and video teams.
- Align marketing campaigns with admissions and business targets.
- Present campaign insights and recommendations during review meetings.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads.
- Good understanding of YouTube Ads.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing funnels.
- Ability to analyze data and convert insights into action.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Experience in the Education/EdTech industry is highly preferred.
- Google Ads Certification is an added advantage.
- Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus.
- Experience generating high-quality education leads.
