Key Responsibilities A typical workday involves a blend of the following duties:
- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Making unsolicited "cold calls" to prospective leads or receiving calls from customers interested in your company's offerings.
- Sales Pitching: Clearly explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to persuade customers to make a purchase.
- Lead Generation: Qualifying prospects and building a sales pipeline for the wider sales team.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Recommending complementary products or upgraded services to existing customers.
- Record Keeping: Updating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases with call outcomes, customer preferences, and purchase orders.
- Query Resolution: Answering customer questions and addressing potential concerns or objections during the sales process.
Pay: ₹11,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
