Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and service-oriented Customer Care Executive to handle student inquiries, provide accurate information about CAD, CAM, and design courses, and ensure a smooth and positive experience for all students and prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, emails, and online platforms
Provide clear and accurate information about CAD, CAM, and CAE courses
Assist prospective students with course details, schedules, and enrollment procedures
Maintain and update student and inquiry databases
Follow up with leads and ensure timely responses to queries
Coordinate with academic counselors and trainers for smooth student onboarding
Address student concerns, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
Support front office operations and ensure a welcoming environment
Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and promotional activities
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Tamil & English)
Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (CAD knowledge is a plus)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Patient, friendly, and approachable personality
Qualification:
Any degree
Experience:
0–3 years in customer service / support / education sector
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
