Role Summary
We are seeking senior-level candidates such as Managers, Supervisors, or Team Leads with hands-on experience in Vendor Rebate Management and Vendor Receivable Management. The ideal candidate will manage vendor financial processes, ensure timely collections, and lead a small team while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end vendor rebate processes, including tracking, validation, and reconciliation
- Handle vendor receivables, ensuring timely follow-ups and collections
- Review and analyze rebate agreements and vendor contracts
- Ensure accurate accounting, reporting, and documentation of vendor rebates
- Resolve discrepancies related to vendor receivables and rebates
- Coordinate with vendors, internal finance teams, and clients
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards related to vendor receivables and rebates
- Lead, guide, and monitor a team to meet performance and compliance standards
- Ensure adherence to company policies and SLA timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of mandatory experience in Vendor Rebate Management and Vendor Receivable Management
- Experience in a BPO or shared services environment preferred
- Prior experience as Team Lead / Supervisor / Manager
- Strong knowledge of accounting processes related to rebates and receivables
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Accounting systems
- Ability to handle escalations and manage multiple vendors
Preferred Qualifications
- Commerce / Finance background
- Experience in handling international vendors
- Exposure to compliance, audits, and reconciliation processes
