Job Description
Lovely Marbles & Sanitations is looking for a proactive and execution-focused Site Supervisor to
oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure the successful execution of marble, tiles,
sanitaryware, bath fittings, and interior projects. The ideal candidate should have practical site
experience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage manpower, materials, and
project timelines while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations and ensure work is carried out according to approved
plans and project requirements.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors, Architects, Interior Designers, and
Installation Teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor installation activities related to marble, tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings, and
interior finishing works.
Conduct site measurements and verify execution work as per approved layouts and
specifications.
Manage and supervise labor teams, contractors, and outsourced workers on-site.
Ensure timely availability and proper utilization of materials at project sites.
Monitor project progress and report daily work status to management.
Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely
resolution.
Ensure proper workmanship, quality control, and adherence to project standards.
Maintain site records, material consumption reports, and daily progress reports.
Enforce workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist in final inspections and project handover activities.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma, ITI, or Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in site supervision, construction, interiors, marble, tiles,
Required Skills Strong understanding of site execution and installation processes. Ability to take site measurements and monitor work quality. Experience in managing labor teams and contractors. Good coordination and communication skills. Basic understanding of drawings and site layouts. Ability to resolve on-site challenges efficiently. Knowledge of safety practices and site management procedures.
Timing 9:30 am to 8 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
