Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve business targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, coaching team members, monitoring performance, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, and sales activities.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Identify new business opportunities and support key client acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management.
- Coordinate with marketing and other internal teams to maximize business opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, CRM updates, and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of sales experience with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
