Job Summary
The Admission Counselor – Credit Transfer is responsible for assisting prospective and current students with the credit transfer process. This role involves evaluating academic records, advising students on transfer eligibility, coordinating with academic departments, and ensuring a smooth admissions experience while maintaining compliance with institutional policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding admission requirements and credit transfer opportunities.
- Review academic transcripts and supporting documents for transfer credit evaluation.
- Guide students through the application and credit transfer process.
- Coordinate with academic departments to determine transfer credit equivalencies.
- Maintain accurate student records in the admissions management system.
- Communicate admission decisions and transfer credit outcomes to applicants.
- Follow up with prospective students to complete documentation and enrollment requirements.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Build relationships with partner institutions and educational consultants.
- Participate in student recruitment activities, education fairs, webinars, and counseling sessions.
- Prepare reports on admissions, transfer applications, and conversion rates.
- Address student inquiries through phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
