Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Dental Associate to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care, educate patients on oral health, and work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure excellent patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions using evidence-based practices.
- Perform routine dental procedures, including examinations, restorations, scaling, extractions, and root canal treatments (as per experience).
- Develop and explain treatment plans to patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and sterilization standards.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
- Stay updated with the latest dental techniques and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS).
- Valid registration with the State Dental Council or Dental Council of India (as applicable).
- Freshers and experienced dentists are welcome to apply.
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care.

- Proficiency in restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dental procedures.
- Excellent patient counseling and treatment planning skills.
