Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets for lighting products. The role involves promoting indoor, outdoor, decorative, commercial, industrial, and LED lighting solutions to dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, builders, consultants, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Promote and sell the company's lighting products and solutions.
- Visit dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, consultants, and project customers regularly.
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for customers.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare daily sales reports, visit reports, and sales forecasts.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of sales experience in the lighting, electrical, electrical accessories, or building materials industry.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered for junior roles.
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good presentation and customer relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of LED lighting products and lighting applications.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in LED lighting, architectural lighting, commercial lighting, industrial lighting, or electrical product sales.
- Existing network with dealers, distributors, architects, consultants, and contractors will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,374.56 - ₹25,000.00 per month
