Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute commercial and industrial interior fit-out projects as per drawings and specifications.
- Handle and lead site teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, and MEP teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and timely completion.
- Manage site measurements, material planning, and billing verification.
- Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and attend client meetings.
Requirements
- Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an Interior Project/Site Engineer with commercial and industrial interior fit-out projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and interpreting technical drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
