The Qualifications We Seek
Software Engineering and Platform Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant software development or software engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with DXC GraphTalk is a must-have requirement
- Experience working with insurance applications or policy administration systems
- Experience with core insurance systems, ideally DXC GraphTalk or similar platforms (e.g., Guidewire, SAP FS-ICM)
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
Insurance Domain Expertise
- Knowledge of Life Insurance, Savings, Retirement, Unit-Linked, Claims, or Protection Products.
- Strong understanding of complex business rules and insurance processes
Professional and Delivery Skills
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Your Daily Tasks
GraphTalk Development and Domain Solutions
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the DXC GraphTalk platform
- Support business initiatives within the Savings and Claims domains
- Implement and maintain complex insurance business rules and workflows
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Configure and customize insurance products and processes within GraphTalk
Collaboration and Application Delivery
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, and other engineering teams
- Participate in application integration, testing, deployment, and production support activities
Performance and Continuous Improvement
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring system stability and performance
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies, continuous improvement initiatives, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with business, regulatory, and technical standards
Pay: ₹170,000.00 - ₹230,000.00 per month
