1. Operations Management
- Manage complete shift operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
- Ensure all opening and closing procedures are followed properly.
- Monitor product availability and coordinate with the kitchen team for timely preparation.
- Ensure billing accuracy and smooth POS operations.
2. Team Handling & Staff Management
- Supervise order takers, kitchen team, and housekeeping staff during the shift.
- Allocate duties and ensure staff discipline and punctuality.
- Motivate team members to deliver their best performance.
- Train new staff on SOPs, product knowledge, and customer handling.
3. Customer Service
- Ensure every customer receives a warm welcome and excellent service.
- Handle customer complaints politely and resolve issues quickly.
- Build good customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
4. Sales & Performance
- Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Promote ongoing offers, combos, and new products to customers.
- Upsell products to improve average order value.
5. Quality & Hygiene Control
- Ensure food quality and taste as per Kannu Ki Chai standards.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of outlet, kitchen, and storage areas.
- Follow FSSAI and safety guidelines strictly.
6. Stock & Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials and packaging items.
- Inform Outlet Manager about low stock and raise indent on time.
- Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage of materials.
7. Cash & Reporting
- Handle shift cash responsibly and ensure no cash mismatch.
- Prepare daily sales and shift reports.
- Coordinate with management for regular updates and reporting.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
