Job Summary
We're looking for a creative Marketing Content Writer to join our Brand Growth team. In this role, you'll work closely with consultants, product managers, developers, and executives to transform technical knowledge into engaging content that educates customers and supports marketing campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career writer interested in AI, enterprise technology, and B2B marketing.
Responsibilities
- Write blogs, articles, and thought leadership content on AI, ServiceNow, digital transformation, and enterprise technology.
- Interview subject matter experts and convert technical discussions into engaging marketing content.
- Develop customer success stories and case studies.
- Create website copy, landing pages, product messaging, and campaign content.
- Write scripts for videos, webinars, podcasts, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with designers and marketers to create integrated marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a library of marketing as Collaborateners and marketers to create integrated marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a library of marketing assets, customer stories, and reusable content.
- Ensure all content aligns with Work4Flow's brand voice and messaging.
Requirements
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong communication and interviewing abilities.
- Abilityto simplify technical concepts for business audiences.
- Curious mindset with a willingness to learn emerging technologies.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience using Microsoft 365. Portfolio of writing samples (blogs, articles, case studies, scripts, or similar work).
- Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Technical Writing, or a related field.
- Internship, freelance, campus publication, or personal blog experience. Familiarity with B2B technology, SaaS, AI, or enterprise software is a plus.
- Experience creating blogs, newsletters, website content, video scripts, or sales collateral.
