Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, generate quality leads, and support business growth across various online platforms.
This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, paid advertising, content marketing, SEO fundamentals, and campaign performance analysis.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate business leads.
* Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
* Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and return on investment.
* Create engaging marketing content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
* Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop high-quality creatives, videos, and marketing assets.
* Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and customer engagement using digital analytics tools.
* Conduct keyword research and implement basic SEO practices to improve online visibility and website performance.
* Execute email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and other digital communication initiatives.
* Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new marketing opportunities.
* Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
* Collaborate with different departments to support online promotions, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising tools, and platform updates.
Requirements
* 2 years of Experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Online Marketing is preferred.
* Good understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
* Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing principles.
* Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editing software will be an added advantage.
* Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other campaign reporting tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Knowledge of Arabic will be considered an added advantage.
* Creative mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
* Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
