JOB DESCRIPTION (MAIN JOB TASKS)
1) Create and maintain a Database of referring doctors, Hospitals, Clinics etc.
2) Establish regular contact & engage with entire referral channel through personal visits, events, communication, etc.
3) Achieve targeted revenues through referrals to Hospitals.
4) Conduct outreach clinics to showcase Hospital capabilities in the community.
5) Responsible for sales for the Unit assigned.
6) Responsible for sales target assigned by the Reporting Manager
7) Ensure to meet 12 doctors a day.
8) And arrange one to one Doctors meet (8 meeting in a month)
9) Arrange CMEs participations
10) Conduct medical camps and Media interactions in the assigned territory.
11) Increase the visibility of Ovum in the designated areas
12) Documentation: - Daily reports to be maintained,
- Reports of referring doctor’s data to be maintained
13) Monthly execute the promotional activity assigned time to time
14) Keeping tab on competitors & their activities.
15) Follow-up and ensure the monthly payments are made to the Visiting Consultants and others Doctors on time.
16) Meet the Visiting Doctors and check if any requirements.
17) Attend daily meetings with the team and update.
18) Implement new sales plans with the team’s help.
19) Bring in 1 New Visiting Consultant/ 1 Minimum Guarantee Doctors to Ovum every quarter.
20) New MOUs with Hospitals tie ups for NICU etc.,
21) To ensure expense lines of the Marketing department is within budgeted expenses.

2) Meeting local & peripheral doctors & promotion of hospital services
3) Helps in organizing continuous medical education (CME)
4) Attend weekly meetings
5) Regular submission of reports to Reporting Manager
